INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION MANAGEMENT (IJHEM)



IJHEM, a scholarly and refereed journal, provides an authoritative source of information for scholars, academicians, policy makers and professionals in the fields of higher education management and economic development and is publicised twice a year. The journal promotes the advancement, understanding, and practice of enlightened and effective management in higher education. It is peer reviewed and serves as a key research platform. IJHEMis committed to publishing articles that inform best practice in the education of students, their teachers and lecturers with particular emphasis on those charged with ensuring that institutions are managed and run in a manner that best serves all stakeholders. Contributions should therefore be of interest to scholars, policy makers, practitioners and researchers in management in both developed and developing countries targeting a worldwide readership through electronic medium. The Editors and Editorial Board of the IJHEM are committed to championing original academic papers that demonstrate academic rigor, originality and integrity.
